About Tam
Tam Turse, RYT-500 found yoga many years ago while working as a public relations executive, learning to love the balance of the physical practice and the mental peace. Tam began her deeper exploration of yoga with a 200-hour teacher training at Devotion Yoga in Hoboken, NJ and continued with the 300-hour teacher training program at Hudson Yoga Project, also in Hoboken, NJ.
She teaches a yoga practice that offers an active, yet grounding, physical asana to her students. After stepping off the mat from a class with Tam, she hopes that both your body and mind find the balanced blend of fitness, clarity and peace.
While Tam loves to bring yoga to everyone, and has many classes that are for an open level practice, she has a special interest in providing an asana practice for athletes in all sports-skills in every stage of their training cycle.
