Yoga for Athletes
Are you an athlete, or a coach looking to bring yoga to your athletes?
Tam can create an asana practice specific to your sport/muscular needs, and to where you are in your training cycle. The practice will include the physical asana practice and also breath control work (pranayama).
Tam has trained with the renowned Sage Roundtree on Yoga for Athletes. Tam herself is an avid runner, recently completing her 6th marathon in 6 years, so she is interested in providing an asana practice for athletes in all sports-skills in all stages of their training cycle.
